Where do I book a short-term trip?
On Turo. Each car’s Book on Turo button opens that car’s listing, or the host profile if a listing link is not set yet. This website keeps the calendar so you can see which days are already held.
What is included in the daily figure?
The number on the car is a demo rate. The final price, insurance, kilometre allowance and deposit are shown on Turo before you book.
Can I cancel?
Short-term trips follow the cancellation policy shown on the car’s Turo listing.
Do you deliver to YVR or to a house?
Delivery options and fees, when offered, are set on the car’s Turo listing.
Do you rent by the month?
Yes. Monthly rentals are requested by vehicle class on the Monthly page, with a price range per class. The exact vehicle is assigned at pickup based on availability; a similar class is guaranteed.
Where do I pick up?
Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby and YVR. Street addresses are still placeholders until the business publishes the stalls.
Why are some dates unavailable?
The calendar combines Turo trips synced from email, dates the desk blocks by hand, and a calendar feed the desk keeps. Turo itself has the final say on availability.
Can I rent one way?
Message the host on Turo. One-way trips are not promised.
What do I need to drive?
Turo checks driver eligibility when you book. Learner permits are not accepted.
